Along with the building programs he has led the church in three major debt reduction plans, which the Lord has honored. His ministry is centered upon the Word of God and expositional preaching. He believes that there should be a balance in ministry composed of old fashion evangelism / personal soul winning and edification / discipleship. With this balance the lay person is equipped for the work of the ministry.
